Josh Marks is a 15-year veteran of the plumbing and pipefitting trade, and a member of the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 350, Reno NV.
His last five years have been in the Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Management (BIM)/detailing phases of the industry. As he became increasing responsible for successive jobs at his previous employer he reached a plateau running a crew of detailers on multiple jobs at once for primarily Bay Area mechanical contractors. When an opportunity for opening his own shop presented itself with a mechanical sub-contractor from Las Vegas in need of his services on a multimillion dollar job at Tesla’s Gigafactory, he went all in.
The founders’ experiences include work on some of the biggest jobs in the US in the last 15 years, doing base build, tool install, HVAC piping, at facilities such as; Intel’s D1X, D1B/C, and D1D, in Hillsboro, OR, and at their AZ campus facilities; Global Foundries in Malta, NY; MGM Mirage Resorts’ $10B City Center hotel, casino, spa, and shopping venue in Las Vegas NV; Tesla’s Gigafactory in Reno, NV.
All coordinated and as clash proof as can be managed vs the timeline, helping the mechanical contractor to avoid costly delays while rework decisions are made and implemented. All designed, detailed and spooled with an eye towards constructability, and job site logistics, conditions, site equipment. That level of service and commitment comes from professional experience in the field that each of our detailers possess as a requirement of employment with us.
We can handle the detailing and/or coordination for any of your projects: Low rise, high rise, factory, fab, tenant improvement, medical offices, hospital etc. And in any of the following; plumbing, HVAC piping, process piping, med gas, utilizing any material and joining method.
